Southern Decadence occurs every year during Labor Day Weekend. Described variously as Gay Mardi Gras, a giant block party, and a bear run. It is all those things an more. It last six days, and the culminating event is a parade through the French Quarter on the Sunday of the weekend. And yes, your Sisters are there, marching in the parade, and distributing condoms, so you can play safely.
