ORDER OF EVENTS
Thursday October 8th-8pm
We will be hosting out monthly "Sister-akoe" Singing with the Sisters. It is our monthly "chior" rehearsal. Starts at 8pm at Cafe Lafitte in Exile in the French Quarter. If you are in town and want to manifest we welcome you to join us for our montly event.
Friday October 9th-6pm
The “fais do do” begins with a special French Quarter wide “meet-and-greet.” To Be held at Mags 940 at 6pm. We will then make our way around to some of our favortie hangs outs in and around the French Quarter. Manifest is optional.
Saturday October 10th- 3pm
The Exequatur starts Saturday mid afternoon with a traditional New Orleans Second Line through the French Quarter that heralds the arrival of The Sisters and guests. We will be meeting at Grand Pre on Rampart around 3pm to kick start the evening with some cocktails. We ask that if you are walking in the Second Line with us to meet by 4pm at Grand Pre to start getting lined up for the start. We will make our way into the French Quarter and down around Jackson Square and back up to Bourbon Street to Oz. After Exequatur we ask that you stick around and join us for a night of fun and festivities in the famous French Quarter.
Sunday October 11th-3pm
It’s National Coming Out Day!
We will be again at Grand Pre for a BBQ and Tea Dance. We will have grilling some hamburgers and hotdogs. There will be all the trimmings needed to help soak up all the adult beverages you have drank all weekend long. The days events will start around 3pm till 7pm at Grand Pre.
