Sister Eileen Eulick (say it slowly) chose her name because it sounded like German Royalty. Well, that and while she honestly preferred Euleen Ilick, she knew that wasn’t quite lady-like. She was called to the Sisterhood when she was out in the French Quarter enjoying the local debauchery on Bourbon Street, and saw a gaggle of Nuns. Once she started talking with them, she knew she wanted to be one of them. Sr. Eileen’s novice project was to hold the White Trash Bash, to benefit St. Anna’s Food Pantry.
